- 1.5 pounds Salmon Fillet (skin removed)
- 3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced/divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed (chopped)
- 1 Lemon (sliced, for garnish)
