Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Instant Pot
  • Instant Pot Steamer Basket
  • 70 g Salmon Fillet
  • 70 g Broccoli
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • Place 160ml of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot Pressure cooker.
  • Chop your broccoli into florets and season both the broccoli and the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Place both the salmon and the broccoli into your Instant Pot Steamer Basket. Lower your steamer basket into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing and press steam for 2 minutes.
  • Use quick pressure release to manually release pressure after 2 minutes of natural pressure release and serve.
