Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup quinoa (I prefer the tri-colour variety)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Instruction
- Rinse quinoa well
- Add the rinsed quinoa, water and sea salt to your Instant Pot
- Lock on the lid and set the valve to seal
- Press manual and set the time to 1 minute
- Allow the pot to release the pressure naturally for 20 minutes. Release any remaining pressure and carefully remove the lid
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week
