  • 3-4 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 long ribs of celery
  • 1 lb carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1.5 lb baby gold potatoes
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold beef stock
