The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 C chicken broth (divided)
  • 4-5 medium to large potatoes (peeled and quartered)
  • 4 T butter (softened)
  • 1/2 C heavy cream (or whole milk, wamred)
  • 1 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (if desired)
  • 3 T cornstarch + 3 T cold water or broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (not smoked)
