The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 2 C chicken broth (divided)
- 4-5 medium to large potatoes (peeled and quartered)
- 4 T butter (softened)
- 1/2 C heavy cream (or whole milk, wamred)
- 1 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (if desired)
- 3 T cornstarch + 3 T cold water or broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika (not smoked)
