Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (in powder)
- 12 punces beer (light golden beer)
Instruction
- Season the pork tenderloin with the oil, spices and the easonings. Rub the meat with your hands to make sure the meat has been seasoned correctly.
- In a hot skillet sear the meat on both sides. It is recommended to do it over high heat as well as using tongs to handle the pork.
- Place the two pork tenderloins in the Instant Pot and add the beer. No need to add water.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 15 minutes. Ensure the valve is tightly closed and that the lid has the plastic ring in place.
- When the 15 minutes of cooking are over, release the IP manually following the appropriate safety steps to avoid burns.
- Open the pot and place the cooked pork tenderloins and the jus in a bowl or container. Let the meat rest for three minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork and place the slices back in the cooking jus. Serve the meat to your liking.
