The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Tablespoons coconut oil (melted and divided)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 20 ounce can pineapple slices (drained. Reserve the juice to use in the cake.)
- 4 preserved sweet cherries (halved, see notes)
- 1 box yellow cake mix (I like Duncan Hines best.)
- 3 eggs (see Cake Mix note re measurement.)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted. See Cake Mix note re measurement.)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups water (for the bottom of your multi cooker)
