Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs. thinly sliced steak (I used round)
  • 1 green peppers (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Instruction

  • Combine everything but the cheese and rolls in the Instant pot.
  • Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Set the pressure (on high for 10 minutes).
  • When finished do the natural release for 10 minutes.
  • Then do the quick release to release the rest of the pressure.
  • Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  • You can place the hoagie rolls under a broiler to get the cheese melted quickly.
