Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Instant Pot
  • Instant Pot Steamer Basket
  • 4 Medium Parsnips
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • Add a cup of water to the bottom of the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Add the steamer shelf (trivet) and the steamer basket over it.
  • Peel and chop 4 medium sized parsnips.
  • Season the parsnips with salt and pepper.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 3 minutes on manual.
  • When it beeps manually remove pressure.
