The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Instant Pot
- Instant Pot Steamer Basket
- 4 Medium Parsnips
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Add a cup of water to the bottom of the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Add the steamer shelf (trivet) and the steamer basket over it.
- Peel and chop 4 medium sized parsnips.
- Season the parsnips with salt and pepper.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 3 minutes on manual.
- When it beeps manually remove pressure.
