Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound Fresh Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Demerara Sugar (or other sugar or sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon True Orange Ginger
- or
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Root (grated)
- 1 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Orange Zest
Instruction
- Rinse and drain cranberries and set aside.
- Whisk together orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and True Orange Ginger (or grated ginger).
- Add cranberries and juice to the Pressure Cooker cooking pot. Add cinnamon stick.
- Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at High pressure for 1 minute. When Beep sounds, wait 5 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
- Open lid and add Orange Zest.
