The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder, (trimmed of excess fat)
  • 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice ((about 2 - 3 oranges))
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice ((about 2 limes))
  • 2 tsp salt, (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp dried Mexican oregano*
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 small yellow onion, (chopped)
  • 6 cloves garlic, (minced (2 Tbsp))
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Warmed corn tortillas, diced yellow onions, cilantro ((for serving))
