  • 1 cup beef broth (low sodium, or water)
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 packet ranch mix ((1 oz))
  • 1 packet au jus mix ((1 oz) or brown gravy mix)
  • 3/4 stick unsalted butter ((6 tablespoons))
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch (plus 1 tablespoon water to make a cornstarch slurry)
