- 1 packet ranch mix ((1 oz))
- 1 packet au jus mix ((1 oz) or brown gravy mix)
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter ((6 tablespoons))
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch (plus 1 tablespoon water to make a cornstarch slurry)
