Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 lbs Potatoes, (peeled and quartered)
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth ((or water, veggie broth, beef broth, etc.) If using 8 qt pot increase to 2 cups)
- 2-3 cloves Garlic ((optional, to make garlic mashed potatoes))
- 2 lbs Ground Beef ((I use 90% lean))
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs ((I use panko or crushed crackers))
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Ketchup ((or bbq sauce))
- 1/2 cup Onion ((finely chopped or grated on a cheese grater))
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika ((optional))
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Chives, (chopped (or parsley, dried or fresh))
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar ((optional, to add sweetness))
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream ((or half and half, milk, etc.) As much as you need to get desired creaminess.)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream ((optional))
- 6 qt or 8 qt Pressure Cooker
