Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 lbs Potatoes, (peeled and quartered)
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth ((or water, veggie broth, beef broth, etc.) If using 8 qt pot increase to 2 cups)
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic ((optional, to make garlic mashed potatoes))
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef ((I use 90% lean))
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs ((I use panko or crushed crackers))
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup ((or bbq sauce))
  • 1/2 cup Onion ((finely chopped or grated on a cheese grater))
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika ((optional))
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tbsp Chives, (chopped (or parsley, dried or fresh))
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar ((optional, to add sweetness))
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream ((or half and half, milk, etc.) As much as you need to get desired creaminess.)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream ((optional))
  • 6 qt or 8 qt Pressure Cooker
