Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 lb beef roast
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instruction
- Mix together your salt and peppers in a small bowl, rub mixture all over your roast and place in a resealable bag
- Put your remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir until well combined and pour into the bag with your roast.
- Place your roast in your fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight (flip the bag a few times during the marinating).
- Place your roast in your 6-quart Instant Pot.
- Cook at high pressure on manual for 60 minutes. Do not allow warming cycle to kick on.
