Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 16 oz box large Sea Shell pasta
- 4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 12 oz smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- Place the pasta, water, butter, salt and pepper into the pot and stir to combine.
- Place the Instant Pot lid on and make sure the valve is in the closed position.
- Press the manual button and set the timer for 4 minutes to cook.
- Immediately when the timer goes off switch the pressure cooker steam valve to the open postion to release the steam quickly.
- Once the steam has been completely released carefully open the lid and lift it away from your face.
- Add the warm milk and the shredded Gouda cheese to the Instant Pot. Stir until the cheese has melted and all of the macaroni and cheese ingredients are combined.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 8 servings.
