The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Chicken Breasts (Chopped)
- 2 lbs Red Potatoes (Quartered)
- 1 Large Yellow Onion (Diced)
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary (Finely Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Lemon (Zest)
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth

- Place the chicken in a large resealable food storage bag. Place potatoes and the onion in another resealable bag.
