Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Chicken Breasts (Chopped)
  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes (Quartered)
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion (Diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Tsp Lemon (Zest)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Instruction

  • Place the chicken in a large resealable food storage bag. Place potatoes and the onion in another resealable bag.
