Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instruction

  • Add cut carrots and water to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set valve to SEALING and cook on MANUAL OR HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
  • After cooking is done, do a quick release and remove the lid.
  • Drain excess water.
  • Add olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot and toss to coat carrots.
  • Garnish with parsley, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
