Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instruction
- Add cut carrots and water to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid, set valve to SEALING and cook on MANUAL OR HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
- After cooking is done, do a quick release and remove the lid.
- Drain excess water.
- Add olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot and toss to coat carrots.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
