Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 5 medium potatoes (diced)
  • 10 oz Rotel
  • 16 oz frozen vegetables
  • 4 c beef broth
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

  • Set pot to saute with a tbsp of olive oil, ground beef and diced onions. Cook until meat is no longer pink, then turn pot off.
  • Deglaze pot with bit of broth to get stuck on meat off the bottom. Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Close lid and steam valve and set on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  • Do a quick release, lift lid, stir, and serve with parmesan cheese on top.
