Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1/2 cup wine
- 6 lb. Spiral (bone-in) ham
Instruction
- Mix broth and wine and pour into the Instant Pot.
- Place trivet inside the Instant Pot and top with Spiral cut ham, flat-side down.
- Seal Instant Pot, Select "Pressure Cook" and set the time for 10 minutes.
- It will take approximately 10 minutes to fully pressurize.
- Once pressurized, cook for 2 minutes per pound (12 minutes for a 6 lb. ham).
- Natural release for five minutes, followed by a quick release.
- Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce on the side.
