Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into cubes
  • 2-3 Tbsp cornstarch + 2-3 Tbsp water
  • For garnish: sesame seeds and diced green onions
  • Optional: 1 ½ cups long grain white rice + 2 ¼ cups water
