The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into cubes
- 2-3 Tbsp cornstarch + 2-3 Tbsp water
- For garnish: sesame seeds and diced green onions
- Optional: 1 ½ cups long grain white rice + 2 ¼ cups water
