Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 pound rump roast
  • 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • mini hoagie rolls (for serving)

Instruction

  • Season roast with seasoning and place in pressure cooker with broth
  • Seal and set on high pressure for 40 minutes
  • Allow for at least 15 minutes of natural pressure release 
  • Release any remaining pressure and open pressure cooker
  • Remove beef and slice or shred
  • Serve on rolls and strain pan juices for dipping
