Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pound rump roast
- 1 tablespoon herb and garlic seasoning
- 3 cups beef broth
- mini hoagie rolls (for serving)
Instruction
- Season roast with seasoning and place in pressure cooker with broth
- Seal and set on high pressure for 40 minutes
- Allow for at least 15 minutes of natural pressure release
- Release any remaining pressure and open pressure cooker
- Remove beef and slice or shred
- Serve on rolls and strain pan juices for dipping
