  • 2 tablespoons butter (olive oil or ghee for Whole30/Paleo)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil
  • 0.5 medium onion, cut into quarters
  • 5 large cloves fresh garlic (peeled, smashed, and left whole)
  • sea salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock (broth or water)
  • 4 tablespoons flour (cornstarch, arrowroot, 1/2 teaspoon glucamannan (keto))
