- 2 teaspoons oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ghee (or oil)
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 green chili (minced or slit)
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
