  • crema, avocado, feta cheese, pickled onion, and cilantro, for serving
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe peaches
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
