Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups basmati brown rice
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro (minced)
- 1 whole fresh lime, (juice)
Instruction
- Add brown rice, water and oil to the instant pot and season with sea salt.
- Cover and turn venting knob to lock position. Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes and allow all pressure to release naturally
- Open the pot and add in fresh cilantro and juice from one lime. Stir to combine. Serve
