Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Instant Pot
  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 1 Small White Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 400 g White Beans
  • 400 g Black Beans
  • 400 g Kidney Beans
  • 400 g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 400 g Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1.5 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 1 Medium Red Chilli (optional)
  • 2 Celery Sticks (optional)

Instruction

  • Peel and thinly slice your onion and garlic. Chop your red pepper into small chunks. Load the garlic, onion, red pepper and extra virgin olive oil into the instant pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until you have colour on your onion.
  • Drain and add in your beans.
  • Add in all your seasonings.
  • Add in the tomatoes.
  • Refill one of your tomato tins with 400ml of water and load into the instant pot.
  • Stir everything. Place the lid on your instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 6 minutes.
  • Manually release pressure, stir and serve.
