Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 lbs frozen chicken breasts (3-4 breasts)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock (or water)

Instruction

  • Mix together seasoned salt, garlic salt, and pepper.  Coat each frozen chicken breast in seasonings.
  • Place the breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Cover the breasts with a half cup of chicken stalk or water.
  • Add the lid, move the valve to sealing and set your Instant Pot or pressure cooker on Manual (high pressure) for 12 minutes.
  • Let it come to pressure and once the timer is done, let it naturally release for 5 minutes and then if you're ready for the chicken you can quick release the rest.
