Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon salt (1 tsp for the chicken, 1 tsp for the potatoes)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pounds baby potatoes (or 1½ pounds if you would like more potatoes)
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instruction
- Combine the chicken breasts with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and olive oil and mix until the chicken is fully covered.
- On saute mode of the Instant Pot, quickly sear each side of the chicken breasts for 1 minute each to seal the seasoning onto the chicken breasts and give it a nice brown colour.
- Remove the chicken breasts and deglaze the Instant Pot liner with some chicken stock before adding in the potatoes, the rest of the stock, and some salt.
- Place the chicken breasts on top before closing the Instant Pot lid and setting it to seal.
- Set the pressure cooker to cook (high pressure) for 6 minutes. When done, let it natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
