Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4-5 russet potatoes
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instruction

  • Saute ground beef and garlic in Instant Pot until browned; drain.
  • Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into ¼-inch slices.
  • Mix Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Layer 1/3 of the potatoes, 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/3 of the seasoning mix; repeat layers 2 more times.
  • Pour chicken broth over the layers.
  • Secure lid and set valve to sealing.
  • Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Once the Instant Pot beeps, do a quick release of the pressure. When the pressure is fully released, carefully remove the lid.
  • Serve immediately.
