Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4-5 russet potatoes
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Instruction
- Saute ground beef and garlic in Instant Pot until browned; drain.
- Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into ¼-inch slices.
- Mix Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Layer 1/3 of the potatoes, 1/3 of the ground beef, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/3 of the seasoning mix; repeat layers 2 more times.
- Pour chicken broth over the layers.
- Secure lid and set valve to sealing.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once the Instant Pot beeps, do a quick release of the pressure. When the pressure is fully released, carefully remove the lid.
- Serve immediately.
