Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3-4 tbsp ghee
- 2 medium onions, cut in half and then into strips
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1 large head of cauliflower, coarsely chopped
- 1 quart bone broth, (you can adjust this based on how thick or thin you prefer your soup)
- ½ cup coconut milk or cream, (or raw milk or cream)
- 1-2 cups baby kale, (baby spinach would work here too)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
