Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3-4 tbsp ghee
  • 2 medium onions, cut in half and then into strips
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, coarsely chopped
  • 1 quart bone broth, (you can adjust this based on how thick or thin you prefer your soup)
  • ½ cup coconut milk or cream, (or raw milk or cream)
  • 1-2 cups baby kale, (baby spinach would work here too)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
