- 1/3-2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth (for stovetop increase to 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon diced shallots
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-2 tablespoons Coconut milk (optional)
- Salt
