  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth (for stovetop increase to 3 cups)

  • 1 tablespoon diced shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Coconut milk (optional)
  • Salt
  • Fresh sage for garnish
