Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 pounds ground beef (browned)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 3 cans crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup red wine (or beef broth)
- 16 oz spaghetti
Instruction
- Turn your Instant pot to the Saute setting. Brown the beef until no longer pink
- Add in all the other ingredients except the pasta to the Instant pot.
- Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Set the pressure to 10 minutes.
- Do a quick release to release pressure.
- Stir to combine.
- Meanwhile boil your spaghetti until al dente.
- You can stir your pasta into your cooked Bolognese sauce or you can serve the sauce on top of a plate of spaghetti.
