Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 pounds ground beef (browned)
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 3 cans crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup red wine (or beef broth)
  • 16 oz spaghetti

Instruction

  • Turn your Instant pot to the Saute setting. Brown the beef until no longer pink
  • Add in all the other ingredients except the pasta to the Instant pot.
  • Add the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Set the pressure to 10 minutes.
  • Do a quick release to release pressure.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Meanwhile boil your spaghetti until al dente.
  • You can stir your pasta into your cooked Bolognese sauce or you can serve the sauce on top of a plate of spaghetti.
