Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 green onions (divided)
  • 1 pound boneless (skinless chicken thighs)
  • 1 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend

Instruction

  • In a bowl combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano and sesame oil; Stir until combined.
  • Chop the green onions, separating the white ends from the greens.
  • Add the chopped onion whites to the mixture; Reserve the green parts.
  • Season chicken with House Seasoning Blend.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in the pot and add the honey sauce to the pot.
  • Cover and lock the lid.
  • Cook on manual setting/high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes, the quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Remove chicken from pot and set pot to "saute".
  • Saute for 5 minutes to reduce sauce.
  • Place chicken on serving platter and drizzle with reduced sauce; Garnish with reserved chopped green onion.
