Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Instant Pot
- Steamer Basket
- Cheesecloth
- 2 Large Cauliflowers
- 100 g Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Small Egg
- 2 Tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Chop up two large cauliflowers into medium sized florets.
- Pour a cup of cold water into your instant pot inner pot.
- Load cauliflower into your steamer basket, place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook for 4 minutes on manual pressure.
- Use quick pressure release, drain the cauliflower and place the cauliflower in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it is cold enough to touch.
- Using a cheese cloth, load the cauliflower into it and squeeze out all the moisture until you have a dry cauliflower dough ball.
- Place the cauliflower into a mixing bowl and add the seasonings, egg and parmesan cheese. Mix well and form into a pizza dough ball.
- Roll out onto your air fryer pizza tray and add your desired toppings.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200c/400f.
