- 1 cup moong dal flour (/ moong bean flour)
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt (or as required)
- 3/4 cup water
- 5 tbsp onion (finely chopped )
- 3 tsp vegetable oil (or Ghee- as required)
