The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 1 green chili (/ serrano pepper)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup moong dal flour (/ moong bean flour)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or as required)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 5 tbsp onion (finely chopped )
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil (or Ghee- as required)
