Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 gr rice flour
- 120 ml water (or more as needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 blades pandan leaves
- 150 gr palm sugar (shaved/grated)
- 150 gr finely grated coconut (thawed if frozen)
- Small pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instruction
- Prepare the topping by mixing the grated coconut and salt and steam for 10 minutes over medium heat
