Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 gr rice flour
  • 120 ml water (or more as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 blades pandan leaves
  • 150 gr palm sugar (shaved/grated)
  • 150 gr finely grated coconut (thawed if frozen)
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instruction

  • Prepare the topping by mixing the grated coconut and salt and steam for 10 minutes over medium heat
