Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 serrano peppers (finely chopped)
  • ½ small cucumber (finely chopped (about ¾ cup))
  • 1 small shallot (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro (loosely packed)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint

Instruction

  • Whisk the cayenne, cumin and salt into the yogurt until well incorporated.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors mingle.
  • When ready to use, give it a quick stir and serve.
