Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2 serrano peppers (finely chopped)
- ½ small cucumber (finely chopped (about ¾ cup))
- 1 small shallot (finely chopped)
- ½ cup chopped cilantro (loosely packed)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
Instruction
- Whisk the cayenne, cumin and salt into the yogurt until well incorporated.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors mingle.
- When ready to use, give it a quick stir and serve.
