Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cucumber (diced)
- 3 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1 chilli pepper (sliced, seeds removed if you want less heat)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Instruction
- Prepare all the vegetables.
- Mix together and squeeze over the lemon juice.
- Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
