Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups cold, leftover Meat (beef or lamb, cut into thin strips)
- 3 onions (finely sliced)
- 3 tomatoes (peeled, seeds removed, finely chopped)
- 3 green chili peppers (seeds and interior white skin removed, cut into thin strips)
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 0.25 tsp Mustard seed
- 0.25 tsp Cumin
- 0.25 tsp cilantro
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the mustard seeds and the cumin seeds for about 30 seconds until they begin to crackle. Add the onion and the chilli and fry gently, stirring continuously.
- Stir in the meat, ground spices, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and fry together on a medium heat for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
