Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-14 oz. can or 1 3/4 cups cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Asian chili paste (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
- Serve with naan or pita bread.
