Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 walnut-sized ginger (grated)
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt
- 0.5 Tbsp tomato puree
- 0.5 tsp ground Cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 4 Chicken breasts skinned and cut into 1 cm(1/2") strips
- salt
- Limes
Instruction
- Mix the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, lime juice, yoghurt and tomato purée. Stir in the cardamom, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli and cloves.
- Add the chicken, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Cover a grill pan with foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade, place on the grill pan and grill for 3 minutes until the meat is just brown. Turn and grill for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and serve with the lime slices.
