- 3 cloves Garlic ((minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder))

- 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1/2 medium Onion ((finely diced))
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes ((add more if you want it to be more flavorful))
