  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger ((or 1 teaspoon dried ginger))
  • 3 cloves Garlic ((minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder))
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1/2 medium Onion ((finely diced))
  • 1 1/2 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes ((add more if you want it to be more flavorful))
