The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups sticky black rice

- 1/4 t turmeric
- 1/4 t deggi mirch chile pepper ((sub cayenne or paprika if necessary))
- 2 hefty pinches kosher sea salt
- 3 large peaches (or 5 small), cored, diced and tossed in a little lime juice
- 2 hothouse cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1-2 handfuls golden raisins
- 1 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 t cumin seeds
- 1 T avocado oil
- 1 medium onion, (chopped)
- 1 T garlic paste
- 1 T ginger paste
- 1 1/2 t chaat masala
- 1/3 cup whole milk plain yogurt
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1/4 t ground cumin
- 1/4 t ground coriander
- 1/4 t ground amchur
- 1/8 t deggi mirch chile pepper
- 2 t honey or agave syrup, to taste
- 1 pinch of salt, to taste
