Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1/2 cups chopped fully cooked lean ham
- 1 cup shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix(or Heart Smart Bisquick)
- 1 cup low-fat milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Lightlu grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Layer ham, cheese and green onion in pie dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until well mixed. Pour evenly over layered ingredients in pie dish.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow dish to cool on wire rack for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
- Cut into 6 equal wedges and serve.
