Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped fully cooked lean ham
  • 1 cup shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix(or Heart Smart Bisquick)
  • 1 cup low-fat milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Lightlu grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  • Layer ham, cheese and green onion in pie dish.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until well mixed. Pour evenly over layered ingredients in pie dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow dish to cool on wire rack for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut into 6 equal wedges and serve.
