Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 whole persimmons ((deseeded))
  • 2 whole mandarin oranges ((peeled))
  • 1/4 inch ginger root ((peeled))
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup crushed ice/cold water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of crushed black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in the serving glasses and sprinkle some crushed black pepper for a stronger taste.
