Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted, and cooled for at least 15 minutes )
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ cups light brown sugar
- 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree (You will be patting this dry to remove excess moisture. I used 4 clean paper towels. *see notes)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 -3 tablespoons milk
- 1½ tablespoons corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
