Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted, and cooled for at least 15 minutes )
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree (You will be patting this dry to remove excess moisture. I used 4 clean paper towels. *see notes)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 -3 tablespoons milk
  • 1½ tablespoons corn syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
