The following ingredients have 28 Servings
- 4 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 pound(s) butter, cold
- 1 pint(s) vanilla ice cream
- 1 jar(s) apricot jam
Instruction
- Cut butter into flour/sugar mixture until it resembles fine meal. Add MELTED vanilla ice cream. Mix until firm.
- Form sort of flat ball. Wrap in wax paper or in covered container-Chill overnight.
- Preheat Oven 375 On floured surface roll out ball to 1/4" thickness Cut into 3x3" squares
- Fill each square with dab of Apricot Jam Bring just 2 corners of squares together overlapping one corner over another
- Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown around edges.
