Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 1 avocado pitted & peeled
- 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley packed
- 1/8 cup olive oil (try reducing or eliminating)
- 2 garlic clove sauteed,(try increasing)
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Instruction
- Combine 1/4 cup of chickpeas, avocado, parsley, oil (is this necessary?), garlic, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in a food processor and puree. Adjust seasoning to taste.
