Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1 avocado pitted & peeled
  • 1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley packed
  • 1/8 cup olive oil (try reducing or eliminating)
  • 2 garlic clove sauteed,(try increasing)
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

Instruction

  • Combine 1/4 cup of chickpeas, avocado, parsley, oil (is this necessary?), garlic, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in a food processor and puree. Adjust seasoning to taste.
