Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1 leaf lettuce (such as green leaf lettuce)
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 ounce (~1/4 c) bell pepper julienned
  • 1 ounce (~1/4 c) cucumber julienned
  • 1 ounce (~1/8 c) red onion sliced
  • 2 ounces (4 T) hummus
  • 1/2 ounce (~1/8 c) sun-dried tomatoes

Instruction

  • Warm wrap on the grill. On bottom of wrap, spread an even layer of hummus and the sun-dried tomatoes, top with peppers, onion, cucumber, lettuce and tomato then wrap tightly. Serve cut in half on a bias.
