Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 1 leaf lettuce (such as green leaf lettuce)
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 ounce (~1/4 c) bell pepper julienned
- 1 ounce (~1/4 c) cucumber julienned
- 1 ounce (~1/8 c) red onion sliced
- 2 ounces (4 T) hummus
- 1/2 ounce (~1/8 c) sun-dried tomatoes
Instruction
- Warm wrap on the grill. On bottom of wrap, spread an even layer of hummus and the sun-dried tomatoes, top with peppers, onion, cucumber, lettuce and tomato then wrap tightly. Serve cut in half on a bias.
