Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cucumber
- ¾ cup hummus (I used beet hummus, but you can use any flavor you want.)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley
Instruction
- Cut the cucumber into slices.
- Put 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice of cucumber and add small pieces of feta.
- To finish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and you're done!
