Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cucumber
  • ¾ cup hummus (I used beet hummus, but you can use any flavor you want.)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley

Instruction

  • Cut the cucumber into slices.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice of cucumber and add small pieces of feta.
  • To finish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and you're done!
